A preview, by invitation
Ownercare is an early preview offered to invited users. It may change, have bugs, or be paused. It is free during the preview, and we will tell you before that changes.
What Ownercare does and does not do
Ownercare reads your home inspection report with software and turns it into a maintenance plan. That reading is automated and can be wrong or incomplete. Ownercare is not a home inspection, an engineering opinion, or professional advice. Check anything that matters, especially safety and expensive repairs, with a qualified professional and with your original report before you act on it.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to process it, including by the providers listed on our Privacy page, only to run Ownercare for you. Upload only reports you have the right to share.
Your account
Keep your sign-in links private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Please do not misuse the service, probe it for weaknesses, or use it to harm others.
No warranty, limited liability
The preview is provided "as is", without promises about accuracy or availability. To the extent the law allows, Ownercare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which during the free preview is zero.
Ending your use
You can stop using Ownercare at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@ownercare.ai. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or the preview ends.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use Ownercare after that means you accept the change.
